Is the hem uneven?
Yes. It is a high-low hem: the layered ruffles sit shorter in front and fall longer at the back.
What does the drawstring do?
There is a drawstring along the ruched panel at the front side. Pull it to gather the tiers and lift the hem on that side, or leave it loose.
How do I choose my size?
