Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories yet.

How much is shipping?
Free on every order.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We prepay import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 2–4 business days and usually arrive in 8–15 business days in total. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?
From our partner workshop in Guangzhou, China, directly to your door.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full return policy

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you don't need to send anything back.

Can I exchange for another size?
The fastest way is to place a new order in the size you want and return the original.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 24 hours from your order status page, or any time before it ships by emailing us.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements and the body bust or waist each size fits best. Our size guide explains how to measure yourself.

Do your clothes run small?
Fitted styles, like our ribbed knits, run small — we note this on the product page and suggest sizing up if you're between sizes. Oversized styles are designed to be roomy.

Products & care

What are your clothes made of?
Each product page lists the exact fabric content. Many of our knits are a soft rayon (viscose), polyester, and nylon blend; our trench coats and some jackets and shirts are 100% cotton.

How do I care for knitwear?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Soft knits can pill a little with wear; a fabric shaver keeps them looking new.
