Free shipping to the United States — duties included

Every order ships free to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

Where we ship from

Our pieces are made by our partner workshop in Guangzhou, China, and ship directly from China to your door. That's how we keep prices fair without holding big inventories.

How long it takes

Processing: 2–4 business days to prepare, inspect, and pack your order.
Transit: 6–11 business days from China to your address.
Total: most orders arrive 8–15 business days after you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Peak seasons (like Black Friday and the December holidays) can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show the first update.

Where we can't ship yet

We currently ship only within the United States (50 states and D.C.). We can't deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or US territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).
